- Located in post-security area on Level 5 of Departures(Upper Level), Terminal 2. After security checkpoint then turn right.
United Club Lounge :
- Located in post-security area on Level 1 of B Gates, Terminal 2. After security checkpoint, go to Level 1 of B Gates, take the entrance opposite to boarding gate B46 and go upstairs to reach the lounge.
- Located in post-security area on Level 1 of B Gates, Terminal 2. After security checkpoint, go to Level 1 of B Gates,the VIP lounge is next to Gate B36.

Transfer
Passengers transiting at London Heathrow Airport should follow the purple "Flight Connections" signs, and may take a shuttle bus depending on the terminals (every 6-10 minutes, about 20 minutes).
Carry-on baggage must go through transfer security screening; international-to-domestic connections require customs/immigration first, then security. Refer to Connecting flights | Heathrow for more details.
Without Onward Boarding Pass- After disembarking, head to the Flight Connections area and visit the airline transfer desk or self-service kiosk with your passport/itinerary to obtain the next flight's boarding pass.
- Proceed through security afterward, then take a shuttle bus if changing terminals, and check screens for the gate upon arrival. Allow at least 90 minutes for connections.
- Follow Flight Connections signs through security and cabin baggage checks, then take a shuttle bus if switching terminals, and confirm the gate on screens upon arrival.

Please clear security immediately after check-in procedure, to avoid being refused travel. Please clear security no later than 45 minutes before departure time.
EVA Air flights will depart from terminal 2B (boarding gate B31-B49). It will take 30 minutes from terminal 2A (check-in area) to terminal 2B (boarding area).
