Plaza Premium Terminal 1 Domestic Lounge :

Starting from December 27, 2025, due to the renovation and closure of Plaza Premium Terminal 1 International Lounge, lounge services have been relocated to the Plaza Premium Terminal 1 Domestic Lounge :

• The walking time from the Aisle 12 check-in counter to Security Checkpoint D is approximately 5 minutes (328 meters).
• The walking time from the Security Checkpoint D to Plaza Premium Terminal 1 Domestic Lounge is approximately 4 miuutes(101 meters).

* Please note that walking from the Plaza Premium Terminal 1 domestic lounge to Gate E area takes approximately 10-15 minutes(760~860 meters). Please take the elevator or escalator from Level 3 to the Level 2 gate area.

EVAAir Connections to Other Airlines

  Upon arrival in Toronto, passengers must collect all checked baggage and proceed through CBSA customs.

• Connecting to Air Canada: After clearing customs, turn left to the Air Canada transfer desk to recheck baggage.
• Connecting to other airlines: Proceed to the respective airline’s check-in counter to re-tag and check in baggage.
  

Connections from Other Airlines to EVA Air

  With onward boarding pass:

• Air Canada domestic to EVA Air: Baggage can be through-checked to the EVA Air flight.
• All other cases (Air Canada U.S./international flights, or any other airline’s domestic, U.S., or international flights to EVA Air): Upon arrival in Toronto, passengers must collect baggage, clear CBSA customs, and proceed to the EVA Air check-in counters (Departures Level, Aisle 12) for baggage recheck.

• Air Canada domestic to EVA Air:  Please proceed directly to the EVA Air boarding gate to obtain the boarding pass.
• Except as stated in above, all passengers connecting to EVA Air at Terminal 1 are required to collect their baggage and proceed to the EVA Air check-in counters at Aisle 12 to complete check-in, collect their boarding pass, and recheck their baggage.
• All passengers connecting to EVA Air at Terminal 3 are required to collect their baggage and place it on the connection belt at Terminal 3, then proceed to the EVA Air check-in counters at Terminal 1, Aisle 12 to collect their boarding pass.
