It is our honor to share with you that participants in the 2012 World Airline Awards survey , which was conducted by global aviation research organization SKYTRAX, voted EVA Air to have the Best Airline Staff Service in Asia. Polled over 18 million business and leisure air travelers from 100 countries were surveyed by telephone, questionnaires and online about their experiences with airlines on the ground and in the air during a 10-month period. The survey measured passenger satisfaction across more than 38 key performance indicators of airline front-line product and service. Being recognized as the Best Airline Staff Service in Asia is testament to our continued effort on the attitude, enthusiasm and service efficiency of our staff both in the air and on the ground.
