Pedro Heilbron, CEO of Copa Holdings and of Copa Airlines, has been elected as the new Chairman of the Star Alliance Chief Executive Board (CEB).
Star Alliance members EVA Air and Air India will initiate a new code-sharing schedule, starting 1 December, 2016. The carriers will use both airlines’ flight numbers on EVA-operated Taipei-Bangkok and Taipei-Singapore service and on Bangkok/Singapore to Mumbai connections flown by Air India.
