Check-in-Area 

Quick Self Check-in & Bag Drop 

Before going to the airport, we recommend completing mobile online check-in through the EVA Mobile App or EVA Air website  and obtaining your electronic boarding pass. After arriving at the airport, you may use the self-service facilities to print your baggage tag and drop off your baggage, helping you complete check-in easily and enjoy a faster, more convenient self-service experience.

STEP 1: Auto Check-in or Online Check-in

Available time:

a. After reservation and ticket issuance are completed until 48 hours before the scheduled departure time:

Use the auto check-in service  . After completing registration, the system will automatically check you in 48 hours before departure. Click the notification link to obtain your electronic boarding pass.

b. From 48 hours to 1 hour before the scheduled departure time:

Before going to the airport, complete online check-in through the EVA Mobile App or EVA Air website  and obtain your electronic boarding pass.

STEP 2: Self-Service Baggage Tag Printing

Available time: From 4 hours to 1 hour before the scheduled departure time. (Actual operating times are subject to the latest announcements from the airport.).

After arriving at the airport, please proceed to Self-service check-in kiosk to print your baggage tag, and attach it as instructed.

STEP 3: Self-Service Bag Drop

After attaching the baggage tag, please proceed to the B16-B19 counter area and use the self-service bag drop facilities to check in your baggage.

Manned Service Counters

BR05: Counters are opened 3.5 hours before flight departure and closed punctually 1 hour before flight departure.

BR11/BR15: Counters are opened 4.5 hours before flight departure and closed punctually 1 hour before flight departure.

Note: The counter may fluctuate due to ongoing construction work; please confirm upon arrival at the international terminal.
