1. Upgrades must be arranged prior to departure. The airport cannot accommodate requests for cabin class upgrades (including those using promotional offers to offset standard upgrade requests).
2. Promotion applies only to routes and dates included in the promotion period.
3. When the ticket is reissued, the ticket class, travel date and route of the newly issued ticket have to meet the terms of this promotion to apply for the promotional upgrade award.
4. EVA Air reserves the right to limit or adjust the number of passenger upgrades subject to the status of bookings on each flight. The upgrade seats may be unavailable on some flights or during some periods, even if seats are available for paid tickets.
5. Members must have enough miles earned by the same account number, valid until departure date.
6. Holding Y,B,M,H,Q (Economy) class tickets are eligible for an upgrade award to Royal Laurel by redeeming miles.
7. The mileage record with cabin class upgrade is based on the purchased fare class and can be credited only to an Infinity MileageLands membership account. You cannot accrue mileage to partner airlines.
8. Holders of award tickets, complimentary tickets, special offer tickets, discount tickets, or group tickets are not eligible for award upgrades. Charter flights and code-shared routes operated by partner airlines are also ineligible.
9. The ticket holder is responsible for all taxes and surcharges for an upgrade award.
