Terms and Conditions 

•The promoter of this competition is EVA Air.

•Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

•Open to residents of the United Kingdom only.

•Employees of EVA Air, West Ham United, their immediate families, and any third parties directly associated with the administration of the promotion are not eligible to enter.

•Each booking reference counts as one entry. Multiple entries under the same participant will be disqualified.

•To enter, participants must book through EVA Air’s official website (www.evaair.com) using the designated promo code during the entry period.

•Bookings made via travel agencies, ticketing agents, or third-party platforms are not eligible.

•Competition entry period: 01 October 2025 – 01 December 2025 (inclusive).

•Promo code validity: 01 October 2025 – 31 May 2026.

•Travel period: 01 October 2025 – 30 June 2026 (low season only).

•Valid only for flights from London Heathrow (LHR) to Bangkok (BKK) and Taipei (TPE). Connecting or additional routes are excluded.

•Discounts of up to 10% apply to base fares only and exclude taxes and surcharges.

•The discount level depends on fare conditions and seat availability. EVA Air does not guarantee a fixed 10% reduction.

•Fares include taxes and fuel surcharges as published at the time of booking, which are subject to change.

•Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the named passenger.

•Cancellations are permitted before departure with a cancellation fee; tickets are non-refundable after departure.

•Date changes are permitted with applicable fees, subject to seat availability and seasonal fare differences.

•Child and infant fares apply.

•Mileage accrual and upgrades are subject to the rules of EVA Air’s Infinity MileageLands programme.

•Baggage allowance follows EVA Air’s baggage policy.

•There is only one (1) prize available in this competition. The prize is for one winner plus their guest.

•The prize package includes:

•The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, not for resale, and has no cash equivalent.

•Travel, accommodation, and any other expenses incurred by the winner in connection with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

•One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.

•The winner will be announced by the end of December 2025 and contacted via the email or phone number provided at the time of booking.

•The winner must respond within fourteen (14) calendar days of notification. If the winner does not respond, EVA Air reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

•EVA Air reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be ineligible (e.g., non-UK residents or under 18).

•EVA Air reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

•EVA Air accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, internet outages, or other issues beyond its control.

•By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

•The decision of EVA Air in all matters relating to the promotion is final and binding.

•To the fullest extent permitted by law, EVA Air, West Ham United, and associated partners accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize.

•In the event of match postponement, cancellation, or flight schedule changes beyond the reasonable control of EVA Air or West Ham United, no alternative prize or compensation will be provided.

•By participating in this promotion, entrants acknowledge that photography and filming may take place at the prize event.

•The winner consents to EVA Air and West Ham United using their name, likeness, photographs, video recordings, and event participation for publicity and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation.

•Personal data provided during the booking and competition entry process will be used solely for the administration of this promotion, ticketing fulfilment, and prize allocation.

•EVA Air will process such data in compliance with applicable data protection laws and in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Personal data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without prior consent.

•These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
