In accordance with Thailand’s Civil Aviation Board Regulation No. 101 in Thailand, effective from 20 May 2025. We are committed to protecting your rights as a passenger. Under the Civil Aviation Board Regulation No. 101 issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand, we pledge the following:
- Transparent Flight Information:
We will provide timely updates on any flight disruptions, including delays, cancellations, denied boarding or downgrading - Assistance During Disruptions:
If your flight is affected, we will offer appropriate support such as meals, accommodation, communication access, or rebooking based on the situation. - Compensation and Refunds:
Eligible passengers will receive compensation or refunds in accordance with CAAT regulation 101. This may include cash, discount coupons, or mileage. Clear terms and conditions will be provided, and your consent will be obtained prior to issuance.
Remark - In the event of extraordinary circumstances, passengers are entitle to appropriate care ; however, compensation may not be granted. - Respect and Care for All Passenger:
We are committed to treating all travelers with fairness and will provide special assistance to those who require it.
