1. This promotion is valid for Infinity MileageLands members only. Not a member yet? Join us online now and immediately get 500 award miles. Earn 500 more award miles by simply completing your membership profile with information such as your passport number and address.
2. To be eligible for this promotion, you must register before you fly and the travel date and flight number must comply with the above terms and conditions. From August 20, 2025 to December 08, 2025, a single successful registration on EVA Air website will grant eligibility for this promotion on the designated travel dates and flights. Flights completed before you register do not qualify for Additional Award credit. The system processing time for activity registration and miles accumulation may have a time difference, and the processing time of EVA Air's system shall prevail.
3. This promotion only applies to Award Miles and does not include Status Miles. Award Miles can be redeemed for award tickets, upgrades or other rewards, but cannot be credited toward membership upgrades and renewals.
4. To ensure proper miles credit, please make your name on reservation exactly as it appears on your membership card. Please also provide your Infinity MileageLands membership number whenever you make a reservation and purchase an EVA Air ticket. Please allow 3-5 days for Infinity MileageLands miles to be credited to your account.
5. The promotion only applies to flights operated by EVA Air and tickets with EVA Air flight numbers. Tickets with an EVA Air flight number but operated by other airlines and charter flights are not eligible.
6. Qualifying ticket classes for this promotion: C/J/D (Royal Laurel), K/L/T/P (Premium Economy) and Y/B/M/H/Q/S/W/V (Economy). Ticket classes not listed are not eligible for this promotion.
7. If a ticket is reissued, the travel date, fare family type, ticket class, flight number of the newly issued ticket must comply with terms and conditions of this promotion to earn additional miles.

Terms and Conditions

1. Upgrades must be arranged prior to departure. The airport cannot accommodate requests for cabin class upgrades (including those using promotional offers to offset standard upgrade requests).
2. Promotion applies only to flights and dates included in the promotion period.
3. When the ticket is reissued, the ticket issue dates, the ticket class, travel date and route of the newly issued ticket have to meet the terms of this promotion to apply for the promotional upgrade award.
4. EVA Air reserves the right to limit or adjust the number of passenger upgrades subject to the status of bookings on each flight. The upgrade seats may be unavailable on some flights or during some periods, even if seats are available for paid tickets.
5. Members must have enough miles earned by the same account number, valid until departure date.
6. Holding Y,B,M,H,Q (Economy) class tickets are eligible for an upgrade award to Royal Laurel by redeeming miles.
7. The mileage record with cabin class upgrade is based on the purchased fare class and can be credited only to an Infinity MileageLands membership account. You cannot accrue mileage to partner airlines.
8. Holders of award tickets, complimentary tickets, special offer tickets, discount tickets, or group tickets are not eligible for award upgrades. Charter flights and code-shared routes operated by partner airlines are also ineligible.
9. The ticket holder is responsible for all taxes and surcharges for an upgrade award.
