Due to the Official Announcement of COVID-19, passengers who hold tickets between straits or international issue by EVA/UNI please follow the Handling Guideline for Cancellation/Schedule Change as bellow.
In compliance with the latest instruction by Taiwan’s CECC, EVA Air will suspend all international transit services via Taiwan starting from 00:00 Taipei Standard Time (GMT+8) on March 24 (Tuesday) until April 7.
In response to the continued spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), EVA Air has immediately taken the following preventive measures to keep our crew and passengers healthy and safe onboard.
In response to continued coronavirus outbreak in Europe, Taiwan's Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) has issued level 3 travel advisories for European countries today (March 14).
EVA Air does not fly to Wuhan. Nevertheless, we are taking every precaution against the new coronavirus and making every effort to help prevent an epidemic. On all our flights to and from high-risk areas such as Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau, we require crew members to wear sanitary masks and, after meals when they collect food trays from passengers, use gloves. If crew members on other routes encounter passengers who appear ill or seem to have a virus, they take precautions, wear masks and wash their hands frequently.
EVA Special Livery Jets flight routes and numbers affected by aircraft scheduling are as follows
Passengers holding Premium Economy tickets issued on/before 23DEC19 and traveling BR25/26 flight on/after 19MAY20 that no Premium Economy class service available due to aircraft changed.
For passengers holding confirmed BR2005/2006 Belgium-Amsterdam shuttle bus tickets issued on/before 05DEC19 and traveling on/after 01FEB20 that no shuttle bus service available due to termination of bus service.
