Such as the bidding amount, number of available seats, original ticket cabin, the bidding history, and all other factors that are determined by EVA Air. Even if you offer the highest bidding amount, we are unable to explain why your bidding is failed. EVA Air reserves the right of bidding upgrades.

Yes, you can select seat when online check-in. Note that we cannot guarantee the availability of neighboring seats at the point when your or travel companion's upgrade are confirmed.
