In compliance with the more restrictions on international travel of France and Canada due to pandemic surged, passengers traveling between 01FEB2021 and 31MAR2021for EVA Air to/from France and Canada flights with confirmed tickets issued on/before 31JAN2021 that being affected by the travel ban, may also apply the guidelines of “Changes/Refunds of EVA/UNI Air Tickets due to flight cancellation/schedule changes”.

To comply with the requirement of PCR test report from TWN CDC, effective on 04JAN22 (departure date), the 2-day period of a COVID-19 RT-PCR test report required for inbound passengers prior to boarding ,which will be calculated based on the "specimen collection date" instead of the test report date; the 2-day period will be based on the incoming flight's scheduled departure time at the place of departure, that is, counting two calendar days backwards from the incoming flight's scheduled departure time (excluding the flight date).

To comply with the quarantine policy of Taiwan CDC, passengers holding EVA/UNI Air (695/525) tickets with confirmed booking of EVA/UNI Air International, cross-strait and Hong Kong/Macau flights to Taiwan from 14DEC2021 to 14FEB2022, may change in accordance with the fare rule without change fee for one transaction within the ticket validity. However, the difference of fare/tax/booking service charge results from the change should be paid by the passenger.
