スケジュール変更や不測の事態に伴う航空券の変更・払い戻し
ご利用予定のフライトに欠航、スケジュール変更、使用機材変更が発生した場合、お客様へご迷惑・ご不便をおかけしますことを深くお詫び申し上げます。
航空券の変更・払い戻しについては、以下の規定をご参照ください。旅行会社にて航空券を購入された場合は、旅行会社へお問い合わせください。
一般規定
1. 対象条件
エバー航空の航空券（695から始まるもの）またはユニー航空の航空券（525から始まるもの）で確定していた予約便が欠航または大幅なスケジュール変更の影響を受けたお客様で、以下のいずれかの条件を満たす方は変更または返金の対象となります。
使用機材のみが変更になった場合は対象外です。
(1) 代替便の手配なしで予約便が欠航になった場合。
(2) 代替便または予約便のスケジュール変更の出発または到着時間が元の予約と２時間以上異なる場合。
(3) スケジュール変更または代替便により、接続便への乗り継ぎが不可能になるか、必要最低乗り継ぎ時間が不足してしまう場合。
(4) 代替便が異なる空港から出発または到着する場合や、より多くの乗り継ぎを要することになる場合。
スケジュール変更が上記の条件に該当しない範囲で、代替え便のご利用が出来ない場合の変更や払い戻しは、任意とみなされ関連する手数料および/または運賃/税金の差額が適用されます。
2. 変更
(1) 航空券の有効期間内において、出発地と到着地を変更せず（この場合TPE/RMQ/KHHは同じ場所とみなします）、スケジュール変更を受けた当初の予約便から14日前後において、以下の通り、便または日程を変更することができます：
A. 下記の変更に伴う変更手数料、運賃および税金の差額、燃油/保険追加料金、予約手数料(YR)は１度に限り免除されます。
(A) 日付変更: 同じ旅程および同じ予約クラス(RBD)での再予約
(B) 乗り継ぎ便を含む旅程の変更：エバー航空/ユニー航空が最も権利を有する航空会社(MSC)の旅程で、変更後もMSCがエバー航空/ユニー航空から変わらない場合の、乗り継ぎ便航空会社や乗り換えポイントの変更。
B. プレミアムエコノミークラスのお客様で、機材の都合により元の予約クラスと同様の予約クラスに変更ができない場合、対応するエコノミークラスまたはビジネスクラスの予約クラスで再予約をお願いいたします。変更手数料、燃油/保険追加料金の差額、予約手数料は1度に限り免除されます。ただし、運賃の差額は、元の航空券の発券日に基づいた再計算により、返金（エコノミークラスに変更の場合）または差額の支払い（ビジネスクラスに変更の場合）が必要になります。
(2) 欠航便の再開が予約変更後に決定した場合、同じ予約クラス（RBD）への変更を原則として、追加料金なしで元の便/日付に戻すことができます。機材の都合によりエコノミークラスに変更をし、プレミアムエコノミークラスに戻したい場合は、運賃/税金の差額の支払いのみ（変更手数料、燃油/保険追加料金の差額、および予約手数料の支払いは不要）で行うことができます。ビジネスクラスに変更した場合も、同様の手続きでプレミアムエコノミークラスに戻すことができます。
(3) 航空券の運賃規則に別段の規定がある場合を除き、エバー航空/ユニー航空が運航する便を他の航空会社やコードシェア便に変更することは出来ません。
(4) 航空券の有効期間内において、元々の予約便から前後14日を超える日程、または上記(1)から(3)の範囲外での変更を希望する場合、適用される運賃規定に従って変更が可能であり、変更手数料が1度に限り免除されます。ただし、変更によって生じる運賃・税金・燃油/保険追加料金・予約手数料の差額のお支払いは必要になります。
(5) 再予約機能にて承認/変更をした後の追加の変更希望：
A. スケジュール変更の影響を受けない便のみの変更：
システム上の制限により、再予約機能ではスケジュール変更の影響を受けた便(区間)のみ変更が可能です。スケジュール変更の影響を受けていない便(区間)の変更を希望する場合、航空券の有効期間内において、同じ予約クラスおよび同じ出発地と目的地を条件に、新しい便へ変更することが可能です。この場合、追加料金はかかりません。
ただし、同じ予約クラスに空席がない場合や経路を変更する場合は、運賃を再計算し、運賃・税金・燃油/保険追加料金・予約手数料の差額のお支払いが必要になります。変更手数料は１度に限り免除されます。
B. 再予約機能にて既に承認/変更をした便を含んだ旅程の変更：
再予約機能を通じて行われた承認/変更は、１度目の変更として扱われます。既に承認または変更された便(区間)を再度変更したい場合は、任意の変更として運賃の再計算が必要となり、変更手数料および運賃・税金・燃油/保険追加料金・予約手数料の差額のお支払いが必要になります。
(6) 旅行代理店で購入した航空券に関しては、代理店にお問い合わせください。
3. 払い戻し
(1) スケジュール変更の影響を受けた航空券および関連する付帯サービス料金の払い戻しは、不可抗力な場合の払い戻し規定に従い、払い戻し手数料を免除して行うことができます。また、予約手数料も返金対象となる場合があります。
(2) エバー航空の公式ウェブサイトから購入または変更された航空券は、エバー航空の公式ウェブサイトを通じて払い戻し申請をしてください。エバー航空の発券カウンターで購入した航空券は、エバー航空の予約センターまでご連絡いただき、払い戻しの手続きをしてください。
(3) 旅行代理店で購入した航空券の払い戻しに関しては、代理店までご連絡ください。
4. 変更手数料を免除して変更した航空券を、再度変更または払い戻しする場合、手数料は免除されません。
5. 航空券を変更または再発行した後に、変更または払い戻しを希望される場合は、再発行後の航空券に記載された便の情報が対象条件の判断基準となります。
6. 特典航空券やマイルでアップグレードをしたご予約に関してはエバー航空の予約センターまたは発券カウンターまでご連絡ください:
(1) 払い戻し: 払い戻し手数料はかかりません。
(2) 変更: 変更手数料および有効期限が切れたマイルは、変更後の旅程がスケジュール変更の影響を受けた航空券と同じ基準を満たす場合、１度に限り徴収免除になります。
7. 団体予約の変更または払い戻しに関するお問い合わせは、発券元の旅行代理店までご連絡ください。
8. ID/AD/DM等の無料および割引航空券には、当規定は該当しません。
9. 以前お支払いいただいた運賃差額または手数料は、いかなる場合においても返金できませんのでご了承ください。。
1. 対象条件
2024年5月1日以降、エバー航空 (695) またはユニー航空 (525) の航空券で確定したプレミアムエコノミークラスのご予約をお持ちで、ご予約便の使用機材に変更が生じたお客様。
2. 変更
(1) 航空券の有効期間内であれば、以下のいずれかの変更を1回に限り手数料免除で承り、航空券を再発券致します。
A. ご予約と同じ便で再調整されたエコノミークラスでの予約を受け入れ、元の航空券発券日に基づいて再計算した運賃/税金と支払い済の運賃/税金との差額調整を行う。
B. 別の日付で同じルートのエコノミークラスで再予約し、元の航空券発券日に基づいて再計算した運賃/税金と支払い済の運賃/税金との差額調整を行う。
C. 別の日付で元の航空券と同じルート、同じプレミアムエコノミークラスで再予約し、元の航空券発券日に基づいて再計算された運賃/税金と支払い済の運賃/税金との差額調整を行う。
D. 別の日付で同じルートのビジネスクラスを再予約し、元の航空券発券日に基づいて再計算された運賃/税金と支払い済の運賃/税金との差額調整を行う。
(2) 旅行会社にて購入した航空券につきましては、旅行会社へお問い合わせください。
(3) 機材変更の決定後、当初のご予約便がプレミアムエコノミークラスのサービス提供機材に再度変更となった場合、すでに規定に準じて変更後の再発券された航空券をお持ちで、同じフライト/日付でプレミアムエコノミークラスへ再度変更を希望されるお客様は、1回に限り手数料免除にて変更が可能で、航空券発券日の運賃に基づいて再発券済み航空券との差額調整を行います。
3. 払い戻し
(1) 機材変更の影響を受けたフライトの航空券および関連する付随サービスの払い戻しは、規定に従い、払い戻し手数料を免除し、予約手数料 (YR)も払い戻し致します。
(2) 旅行会社にて購入した航空券につきましては、旅行代理店へお問い合わせください。
(3) エバー航空の発券カウンターまたは公式Webサイトにて購入した航空券につきましては、エバー航空の予約センターへご連絡ください。
4. 再発券手数料が免除された航空券を、その後お客様都合にて変更や払い戻しを希望された場合、手数料は免除されません。
5. 変更・払い戻しを行う航空券が再発券や過去に変更手続きを行なっていた場合、免除の適用につきましては、現在有効な航空券に基づき判断いたします。
6. 特典航空券およびマイレージによるアップグレード
(1) 特典航空券
A. 変更手数料50USDを1回に限り免除いたします。新しい旅程の必要マイル数が元の旅程よりも多い/少ない場合、差額マイルを徴収/返却いたします。有効期限切れマイル分は追加徴収いたしません。
B. 特典航空券に必要マイル数の異なるルート、ゾーン、予約クラスが含まれる場合、必要マイル数は多い方が適用されます。
C. 機材変更に伴う手続き完了後、当初のご予約便がプレミアムエコノミークラスのサービス提供機材に再度変更となった場合、プレミアムエコノミークラスに変更を希望するお客様は、再発券に必要なマイル数が元の航空券のマイル数を上回る場合、不足分を徴収いたします。なお、有効期限切れのマイル分は追加徴収いたしません。 特典航空券の再発券手数料50USDは、グリーンカード会員様は、1回免除されます。ダイヤモンドカード/ゴールドカード/シルバーカード会員様は、現在の規定に基づき免除されます。
(2) アップグレード特典 元々の航空券のクラスで再予約をするか、新たな必要マイル数で旅程を変更します。マイル差額は徴収/返却いたします。
(3) 再予約および航空券の変更につきましては、エバー航空予約センターへお問い合わせください。
(4) エコノミークラスからロイヤルローレル/プレミアムローレル/ビジネスクラスへのアップグレードに必要なマイル数については、エバー航空のウェブサイトでご確認ください。
7. 団体のお客様の変更/払い戻しにつきましては、お申し込みの旅行会社へお問い合わせください。
8. ID/AD/DM等の無料および割引航空券は、当規定には該当しません。
2025年9月18日 発行
1. Eligibility
Passengers with a confirmed Economy class booking on EVA Air (695) or UNI (525) tickets issued on/before 18SEP2025 for travel between Taipei and Vienna, who request a change to Premium Economy class of the Vienna route due to the addition of Premium Economy service.
2. Changes
(1) Changes to Premium Economy Class of the same flight/date: passengers shall be responsible for the applicable differences in fare, Taxes/Fees/Charges and the booking service charge. The reissue fee shall be waived for one transaction.
(2) Changes to Premium Economy Class of other flight/date: passengers shall be responsible for the applicable differences in fare, Taxes/Fees/Charges, the booking service charge as well as the reissue fee.
(3) Tickets purchased from travel agencies should refer to the original issuing travel agent.
3. Refund:
Apply the voluntary refund policy as outlined in the applicable fare rules.
4. Award ticket and upgrade with mileages
Changes are allowed in accordance with the voluntary change policy outlined in the applicable fare rules. Please contact EVA Air's call centers for assistance.
5. Free and Reduced fare tickets are not included in this handling guideline, e.g. ID/AD/DM...etc.
2025年8月19日 発行
1. Eligibility
Passengers traveling on EVA flight to and from Cambodia on a 695 ticket, who have been affected by PNH airport switch to KTI.
2. Changes
(1) For tickets purchased from EVA Air official website or reservation and ticketing offices, the original PNH flight will be cancelled and re-accommodated to KTI with the same flight number and same date, and the system will reissue tickets automatically. (This includes award tickets and upgrade bookings redeemed with miles)
Subsequent changes following the re-accommodation are deemed voluntary, please contact EVA Air's reservation and ticketing offices for assistance.
(2) For tickets purchased from travel agents, please contact the original issuing travel agents for assistance.

1. Eligibility
Passengers with confirmed bookings on EVA Air (695) tickets traveling on EVA Air routes to/from USA affected by the US travel ban for citizens of 12 countries:
Afghanistan, Myanmar, Chad, the Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen.
• Issue date: on/before 06JUN, 2025
• Travel Date: on/after 09JUN,2025 (inclusive)
2. Changes
(1) Passengers may change their itinerary within the validity period of their ticket, in accordance with the applicable fare rules. The ticket will be recalculated and reissued, and any differences in fare, taxes, fees, or charges will be borne by the passenger. However, the reissue fee will be waived for one transaction.
(2) Changes from flights operated by EVA Air to codeshare flights or flights operated by other carrier are not permitted unless explicitly allowed by the relevant fare rules.
(3) Within ticket validity, changes outside the scope of (1) ~ (2) above will be considered as voluntary change that the ticket should be recalculated and reissued to collect the difference of fare and taxes, fees, charges, if any, however, the reissue fee will be waived for one transaction.
(4) Tickets purchased from travel agencies should refer to the original issuing travel agent.
3. Refunds
(1) Refunds for affected tickets and related ancillary services may be granted in accordance with the provisions for involuntary refunds, without imposing a refund service charge. Additionally, booking service charge (YR) may be refunded as well.
(2) For tickets purchased or modified from EVA Air official website, please submit a refund application through EVA Air website. For tickets purchased from EVA Air ticketing channels, please contact EVA Air reservation and ticketing office to arrange a refund.
(3) For tickets purchased from travel agents, please contact your travel agent for refund
4. For tickets being changed with reissue fee waived but then voluntarily request for a change or refund afterwards, the service charge will not be waived.
5. If the ticket being changed is the result of an exchanged/reissued or revalidated transaction, the eligibility of waiver is determined based on the current ticket to be changed/refunded.
6. Award ticket and upgrade with mileages
Please contact EVA reservation and ticketing office:
(1) Refunds: refund service charge will not be imposed. Additionally, booking service charge (YR) may be refunded as well.
(2) Changes: reissue fee as well as the expired miles are exempt from collection for one transaction provided the revised itinerary meets the same criteria as the affected ticket.
7. Group passengers shall contact the original issuing travel agency for changes/refunds.
8. Free and Reduced fare tickets are not included in this handling guideline, e.g. ID/AD/DM...etc.
9. The fare difference or fees that previously charged will not be returned under any circumstance.
2025年4月22日 発行
1. Eligibility
Passengers with confirmed bookings on EVA Air (695) or UNI Air (525) tickets to/from Dallas transfer via EVA USA or Canada routes and issued on/before 22APR 2025.
2. Changes
Passengers may rebook onto EVA Air direct flights to or from Dallas without incurring a change fee for one time only, provided the origin and destination cities remain unchanged and the rebooking is within the ticket’s validity period:
(1) Totally Unused: Tickets shall be recalculated and reissued in accordance with the applicable fare rules. Any resulting fare difference, taxes, fuel surcharges, or booking service charges shall be paid by the passenger.
(2) Partially Used:
A. If rebooking is made on a direct flight with the same travel date and the same booking class (RBD), the ticket may be changed without additional charges.
B. If rebooking is made for a different date and/or in a different booking class (RBD), the ticket shall be recalculated and reissued in accordance with the applicable fare rules, using the original routing—provided no applicable fare is found. Any resulting fare difference, taxes, fuel surcharges, or booking service charges shall be paid by the passenger.
(3) Tickets purchased from travel agencies should refer to the original issuing travel agent.
3. If a ticket is changed with the reissue fee waived but is subsequently voluntarily changed or refunded, the service charge will not be waived.

2. Changes
(1) Passengers may rebook at no additional cost within the ticket validity, for a single transaction, provided the origin, destination and routing remain unchanged, and the same booking class is retained.

Passengers with a confirmed Economy class booking on EVA Air (695) or UNI (525) tickets issued before/on 14MAR2025 for travel between Taipei and Munich/Milano, who request a change to Premium Economy class due to the addition of Premium Economy service on the Munich/Milano route.
2. Changes
(1) Within the validity period of the ticket, the ticket should be recalculated and reissued to collect the difference of fare and TFC, if any. However, the reissue fee will be waived for one transaction.
(2) Tickets purchased from travel agencies should refer to the original issuing travel agent.
3. Refund:
Apply the voluntary refund policy as outlined in the applicable fare rules.
4. Award ticket and upgrade with mileages
Changes are allowed in accordance with the voluntary change policy outlined in the applicable fare rules. Please contact EVA Air's reservation and ticketing offices for assistance.

2. Changes
(1) Premium Economy Class Fares:
Within the ticket validity period, passengers may change to the same flight and date in Premium Economy class using the same fare’s prime booking class without additional charge.
However, changes to Premium Economy class as well as flight or date changes will require the payment of any difference in fares, taxes, fuel surcharge and booking service change. In this case, the reissue fee will be waived for one transaction.
(2) Economy Class Fares:
Within the ticket validity period, passengers may change to Premium Economy Class as outlined below, the reissue fee will be waived for one transaction:
A. For totally unused tickets: Any segment change will require a recalculation based on the reissue date and the difference in fares, taxes, fuel surcharge and booking service charge must be collected. The ticket will be reissued at the applicable new fare;
B. For partially used tickets: please contact the nearest EVA Air reservation and ticketing office to change to Premium Economy class and pay the fare difference.
3. Refund:
Apply the voluntary refund policy as outlined in the applicable fare rules.
4. Award ticket and upgrade with mileages
