In response to the new lithium battery -powered power bank specifications issued by the International Civil Aviation Organization, EVA Air has revised the specifications for carrying power banks in carry-on baggage.

In compliance with new European Union regulations, the automated Entry/Exit System (EES) will replace manual passport stamping for non-EU nationals entering the Schengen Area. Upon arrival, travelers will be required to provide biometric data, including facial images and fingerprints. No need to apply in advance, but please leave enough time for customs and transfers. According to the latest notice from the National Immigration Administration of China, starting from 20 November 2025, foreign nationals (excluding residents of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) may complete their Arrival Card online when entering China.
