The UK Home Office, Visa and Immigration Department announces that, effective January 28, 2026, all travelers requiring a visa to enter the United Kingdom are required to complete their eVisa application prior to departure.

Additionally, effective February 25, 2026, travelers who are exempt from visa requirements for entry into the UK must complete their Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) application and obtain approval before departure.
